Rodney replaced our waterfall pump motor. He came out first to change a part when he found the motor's shaft was broken so he had to come back later that same day. The weather was really bad but he made the effort to come anyway. This guy works fast and I think he went out of his way to take care of us. He is very professional and customer focused, It was late in the day when he came back with motor.

Danny has done a few repairs for us, originally through our home warranty provider, but several times since the home warranty expired. He is quick to respond and does a professional job “above and beyond” expectations. I’d highly recommend him on pool repairs!

I am a new pool owner with very limited pool education having never owned a pool before. I had some concerns back in November when we filled, and Danny came out to the house. He is very knowledgable, professional, honest, and generous with his time - especially dealing with a rookie. I reached out to him today, and he took the time to answer some questions I had without feeling the need to come visit. You don't find service like that these days. I have used Danny and his staff at tropical pools for years. Not only to do my weekly cleaning, but any and all maintenance is that it popped up on our pool and spa. I have found them to be responsive, helpful and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone considering a pool services company for general maintenance or repair.
